We were informed about another cultural exchange meeting between russian students and foreigners, of course i wont’ turn it down as i am so interested to indulge more about russian cultures, with information sharing and so on.
They held this meeting at a compound right behind student hostel, with refreshment prepared by Russian students. I felt so bad because we arrived there empty-handed, and yet these Russian made us pancakes, cookies, biscuits, juices, drinks, they are so generous. So next week we are planning to organize such event in return, if not we foreign students are really tightfisted, haha..
We educated russian with our traditional sport ‘Hoki’, they handled the game really fast, they are sporting!! This red chart hanged on the gate with big palm on it. Look closely at the palm, white colour thumb and the 4rd finger symbolize Russian people, 2nd red finger symbolize red indian, middle black finger goes to Afircan, while last yellow finger means chinese people. These all signify we are all the same, no matter where you from, what skin colour are you ,we are all under the same roof, caring each others.
