I were approved today!! Finally got word from them, I knew I just can’t let it pass when they e-mail me today. This is part my greatest achievement and opportunity since I started blogging few months ago . As a university student ,most of my time is packed with heavy schedules, attending classes , lectures, and some more classes. Always think of getting a temporary job out there to cover part of living cost, and where do I have much time for that?

Couple weeks ago my parents decided to buy a piece of land ,approximate 2 hectares ,located far away in countryside .I really don’t understand, are they planning move back rural area ,do farming, catching fish and so,,?? parents told me they bought the land for their retirement planning, also part of investment plan.
I were shocked because aren’t they going to live there or to make those 2 hectares of land into commercial development?? That’s sounds ridiculous ,anywhere they think investing in land offer a safer and higher return then buying stocks or bonds. Maybe it’s true, the land’s value will almost always in a rise ,and heard of many people make countless fortune from land’s investment.
Problem is those 2 hectares land is quite a burden as both my parents having just medium income. Dad told me he is going to apply loans from bank which would take up more than a month for all procedures to get done. So ,I suggested him about payday loans and cash advance , where payday loan will probably save up times and more effiecient. I don’t know, is up to them to decide….
